Every day of my job.
Some days remind me all too well that many of my kids have horrible things going on in their lives. Hard, heavy, difficult things that 13-year-olds shouldn’t be expected to handle.
But handle it they do. So well, in fact, that I tend to forget about the situations they go home to each night.
